Deposit Policy for New Clients

To ensure the best experience for our clients and respect the time and dedication of our stylists, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking for the following services:

  • All color services
  • Hair extensions
  • Brazillian blowouts

 

This deposit will be applied toward your final service total on the day of your appointment.

Our stylists reserve their time specifically for you, and this policy helps us reduce last-minute cancellations and no-shows. We appreciate your understanding and support in helping us provide the highest quality service.

If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to transfer your deposit to a new appointment date. Deposits will be forfeited for no shows or late cancellations.

Cancellation Policy

We require a 24 hour notice.

Because we reserve our time especially for you, please make any schedule changes by 9am the day before your appointment to avoid incurring a 50% cancellation fee. No call/No shows will be charged 100% of their service fee. Thank you for understanding!

 

Child Policy

We love our young guests here at Salon LaBelle! As part of our policy we ask that children under the age of twelve not accompany you at your appointment time, unless they’re scheduled for services as well. We want your time with us to be relaxing and a moment away from daily business.
